ABSTRACT
The article offers information on Strictly Iowa, a concert of music inspired by Iowa ethnicities and visual art, which was presented by the Red Cedar Chamber Music at the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art in Iowa on May 13, 2006. Grant Wood and Antonin Dvořák, Red Cedar Trio artists, flutist Jan Boland, violist David Miller, and guitarist John Dowdall performed Andrew Earle Simpson's "American Gothic Suite" and "Tesserae: Six Mosaics of Ancient Rome and premiered Harvey Sollberger's Spillville.
