ABSTRACT
The article reports on the revolution in the advertising industry due to the online convergence of the software and media. Due to the advent of the Internet, the advertising industry is on the brink of the most dramatic shift since the introduction of color television in the 1960s. Increase in the consumption of online media as compared to traditional media has led the advertisers and their agencies to review their marketing strategies.
