This article discusses the influence of Peter Drucker, author of management-related literature, on the management processes of Procter & Gamble (P&G). According to the author, consumer-driven strategy, innovation and leadership are cornerstones of the success of P&G and a reflection of the influence Drucker has had on the company. He mentioned that basing from Drucker's humanity, he tries to inspire leaders and unleash the creativity and productivity of the 135,000 knowledge workers of P&G.
