ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a multiple entity community collaboration between the newspaper "Rochester Sentinel," local schools, the Fulton County Public Library, local radio station WROI and Rochester Telephone Co. to create the multimedia literacy project and serial "Brain Freeze." The Hoosier State Press Association Foundation and the Indiana State Reading Association funded the serial. The library created a book display that connected with Brain Freeze in tone, age appropriateness or appeal.
