The article focuses on Desert Aire WC 500, the cooling-coil dehumidifier system installed at the pool room of the Howard Johnson Hotel in Everett, Washington. It describes the dehumidifier system used at the hotel, which was proposed by Greg Berg, principal of GB Systems. It compares the Desert Aire with the old dehumidifier used at the hotel. The benefits of the system are highlighted.
