ABSTRACT
The article looks at how Lotto Sport Italia has acquired Etonic Worldwide, which gives the Italian brand a broader presence in the U.S. According to the article, Lotto is primarily known as a soccer and tennis brand, but it will now have a solid foothold in golf and running. Lotto Sport Italia President Andrea Tomat will also become president of Etonic. Tom Seeman, CEO of Etonic, will stay in his current position with Etonic.
