The article discusses the changes that have taken place in the mentality of the sailors of the U.S. Navy. The changing role of electronics in the life of sailors is also discussed. The lack of comradeship among sailors because of less interaction in the 21st century is emphasized. The need to unite and boost the morale of sailors through welfare and recreation activities are also discussed.
