The article offers information on various musical events performed in New York City in November 1960. The Metropolitan Opera Company performed Giuseppe Verdi's opera "Nabucco" at the Metropolitan. Dimitri Shostakovich's version of the opera "Boris Godunov" was performed by George London and Giorgio Tozzi at the Metropolitan. The third piano recital of Sviatoslav Richter held at the Carnegie Hall was devoted to the music of composers Franz Joseph Haydn, Robert Schumann and Achille-Claude Debussy.
