ABSTRACT
The article discusses the authors' experience when they went to Wall Street in New York where Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller was scheduled to address a Subway Riders' Rally for politicians Richard Nixon and Henry Lodge on the steps of the Subtreasury Building. They asked Rockefeller how many babies he was expecting to kiss for Nixon that day. They narrate that Rockefeller was confronted by a panhandler.
