The article highlights the results of several surveys on customer relationship management. According to a RightNow Technologies survey of 2,551 people conducted by Harris Interactive, 85 percent of respondents revealed a negative customer experience. According to a report by Jupiter Research, paid search marketing spending will experience substantial growth in the next few years.
