ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to publishers and publishing. The American Booksellers Association signed an agreement with Ingram Digital. A trading update was issued by Bloomsbury Publishing PLC which claimed that low pre-Christmas sales in the retail trade will cut their 2006 pretax profit estimate from $39 million to $9.8 million. Chronicles Books LLC signed a partnership agreement with the Hedonist's Guides.
