Brick Tower Acquires Three Firms in Bankruptcy Agreement

Under the deal, Tower Press publisher John Colby purchased Ibooks Inc. and book packager Byron Preiss Visual Publications Inc. Milk & Cookies Press, the children's imprint of Ibooks, was also purchased under the deal.
