ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the innovative packaging of packaged lunchmeat products in the U.S. The increase in the overall sales of packaged lunchmeat available at Knowlan's Super Markets is reported and the new items introduced by Bar-S are identified including Honey Ham and Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. The dependence of the success of natural and organic lunchmeat products on quality is also explained.
