ABSTRACT
The article discusses the technological developments in Live sound systems. Details related to the requirements to create digital music, digital audio systems and the problems due to lack of sufficient bandwidth are discussed. The features of several digital audio network systems, including Ethernet audio protocol Aviom's A-Net, audio processing device BSS's Soundweb and Cirrus Logic's CobraNet are also discussed in detail.
