The article presents images in cardiology featuring interrupted aortic arch and aortopulmonary window demonstrated on 64-slice multidetector computed tomography angiography. This is the case of a 3-day-old infant referred for cardiac assessment due to multiple congenital anomalies such as facial dysmorphism, cleft lip and palate and exomphalos minor.
