ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the health benefits of being a vegetarian. A healthy vegetarian diet includes fruits, vegetables, less saturated fats and cholesterol. Vegetarians do not consume the myriad of pesticides and other chemicals in meat. Unlike meat eaters, vegetarians do not have to worry about getting too much protein.
