ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's experience of hosting a macrobiotic party for her daughter. She provides information on the favorable foods to be prepared and their recipes in accordance to the macrobiotic philosophy. Foods being suggested include pasta, sandwich bar, ice cream, cake, and cookie. The author believes that children's parties should be flexible, sociable, and accommodating.
