ABSTRACT
The article offers an overview on the wildlife conservation in Oregon through the Oregon Conservation Strategy. The strategy lists a course for the long-term conservation of the wildlife found in Oregon and how the people in the state can participate in the conservation efforts for such species. Various group of agencies, organizations and individuals are already applying the strategy. Complex issues are faced by the wildlife and habitats in the state which reportedly needs innovative, coordinated, and cooperative work to address. Moreover, the strategy mentioned the need to monitor conservation activities in the area.
