ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the use of the Ilizarov-Taylor Spatial Frame (TSF) which is a powerful tool for correcting tibial deformity. The TSF web-based software has greatly simplified the planning of the correction of an oblique plane deformity by utilizing lateral radiographic measurements. It is also informed that patients who have uncontrolled psychiatric disease are historically not good candidates for external fixation.
