ABSTRACT
The author discusses how to be an effective leader. According to him, ordering systematic change is a waste and trying to order a new culture does not work. Get people initiating and working on Wow projects should be the goal of boss work. These projects have inspiring goals and objectives. Three ways to Wow which include finding heroes, demos and work of stories are discussed.
