ABSTRACT
The article presents tips on how to keep New Year's resolutions. Chances of success in making a lifestyle change can be boosted by starting early. The making of resolutions should be in terms that can be accomplished. According to a research, resolutions are likely to be achieved by quantifying goals. One form of positive reinforcement is using online journals or writing down how far one has progressed toward the goal.
