ABSTRACT
The article reports that the rising Asian imports are limiting potential contract hikes in Europe's general purpose (GP) polycarbonate market. Buyers and sellers say that distributors handling Asian material are being helped by the recent decrease in the U.S. dollar against the euro, and that this is influencing first quarter contract negotiations for GP molding grade.
