ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the growing participation of Middle Eastern actors in movie roles. Shohreh Aghdashloo, a citizen of Tehran, Iran, will be acting as Saint Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist, in the movie tilted "The Nativity Story," filmed by Catherine Hardwicke. Amir Talai, born in San Francisco but originally belongs to Persian has got the role of terrorist in a film titled "Jihad."
