ABSTRACT
The article reports on the 2006 Africa Aerospace and Defence (AAD) exhibition held in Cape Town, South Africa. Some of the full-scale ships featured at the 2006 AAD are the South African Navy's Isandlwana and the Mumbai guided missile destroyer. A model of the Interactive Defence & Attack System for submarines was shown by TKMS. A description of the complete artillery system shown by Denel at AAD is presented.
