ABSTRACT
The article discusses the impacts of climate change on the Australian wine industry. In the viticultural sector, it would result to a reduction in optimum harvesting times due to higher ripening temperatures. There will also be changes to phenology and changes in wine style. Winery managers and viticulturists should also evaluate the effects of climatic changes on their businesses.
