The article offers information on a natural three-step emergency influenza (flu) treatment plan. Flu and colds are caused by viruses. The only way to treat them is by stimulating one's immune system. Antibiotics are not helpful for viruses. Astragalus root tea is a known immune system enhancer which can relieve acute symptoms of cold and flu. Zinc lozenges, when delivered to the throat, hinder a cold or flu virus's ability to reproduce. Yin Chiao strengthens the lungs and cuts phlegm.
