ABSTRACT
The article discusses the study that compares clinical pregnancy rates after using the human chorionic gonadotrophin injections, oral Duphaston and vaginal Cyclogest for luteal phase support. The study reveals that there is no significant difference in the pregnancy rate, regardless of the modalities of luteal phase support medications. Other patients prefer progesterone in oil, some others claim that intra-vaginal progesterone are also effective for those who are at risk of ovarian syndrome.
