ABSTRACT
This article reports that the key to being a good parent might be a good night's rest, according to a survey from Braun Research. According to the survey, 54% of those surveyed said they didn't get enough sleep and 52% felt they would be better parents if they did get more restful sleep. Other results of the survey are detailed.
