ABSTRACT
The article informs that Canton, Ohio-based Timken Co. has planned to open an aerospace precision products center in Chengdu, China. The company has selected Chengdu because of its good technical infrastructure and educated workforce. According to Michael C. Arnold, President of Timken's Industrial Group, the addition of new capabilities and technology to the aerospace market will facilitate the company in serving the aerospace industry in China and around the world.
