ABSTRACT
The article presents the results of an annual survey on consumer satisfaction for wireless communication carriers conducted in the U.S. by the periodical "Consumer Reports" in 2006. Alltel Corp. defeated other carriers in terms of service in Cleveland, Ohio and Tampa, Florida. T-Mobile USA Inc. dominated in Denver, Colorado, Seattle, Washington and Saint Louis, Missouri. Consumers reported low quality of services from Cingular Wireless LLC and Sprint Nextel Corp.
