The article reports on an equity investment made by Motorola Ventures in Mobile Complete. DeviceAnywhere.com was launched by Mobile Complete to help content providers address the issue of handset proliferation. The focus of Motorola on quality complements the focus of Mobile Complete on improving device manufacturers' ability to rapidly test and deploy software. Motorola also has given investment capital to Sequans Communications.
