ABSTRACT
The article reports on the installation of a TotalAire 15-ton refrigeration-based dehumidifier unit at Denny's restaurant in Brownsville, Texas. The said unit is intended to prevent humid air from entering the front door and making the dining room uncomfortable. The new design also reduced the size of the supply air fan needed for the kitchen. Generally, the unit makes the crew, management, and customers of the restaurant comfortable.
