ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the review provided for the private equity and placement markets in 2007. The year 2006 will be recalled as the year private equity came out. Private equity works with volume and fundraising graphs depicting a series of bumps. Dealing with sizes to hit the new heights is not a major concern for small and mid-market firms. A safe hedge for a market has already resisted expectations.
