Survey Sees Murky Future for Exchanges

The article focuses on the findings of the survey of Accenture Inc. on the essential strategic efforts that stock and derivatives exchanges need. The study finds that it is imperative for changes to enhance services with product customization, increased efficiency, competitive pricing and new products and services. The findings also suggest that exchanges would do well to look at cross-asset-class instruments and improved system access.
