ABSTRACT
The article reports that lawyers in Great Britain have warned that employers cannot afford to be complacent in preparing for forthcoming age discrimination laws. According to Adam Turner, an employment lawyer at Lovells, the legislation is the most important development in Great Britain employment law in a generation.
