ABSTRACT
The article presents an overview of Richard Easton's collapse during a preview of the theatrical production, "The Coast of Utopia." Actors Martha Plimpton and Ethan Hawke report hearing Easton's collapse and requesting assistance. Plimpton comments that initially, the audience did not realize that Easton's collapse was not part of the act. Easton had suffered from an arrhythmia. Comments on the experience are provided by Easton.
