ABSTRACT
Small and middle sized businesses are the frameworks of our country's economy. Small and middle sized businesses are able to produce and sell their products in paralleling to the developments in the world according to their financial structures and sizes. Powerful financial structure is one of the basic conditions of the competition. Financial structures of the businesses consist of equity capital and foreign capital components. Small and middle sized businesses usually use short term credits. For this reason, short term credit usage share increases in the financial property. Small and middle sized businesses commonly use short term seller credits while buying stocks. It was seen in our study that small and middle sized businesses use seller credits about 80%. If the businesses do the spot business, they can take advantage of discount and reduction. For this reason, use of seller credits by the small and middle sized businesses increase unit costs of the product and service by increasing the costs according to the spot businesses.
