ABSTRACT
The article reports on the financial performance of Atlanta, Georgia-based Havertys as of November 2006. Havertys had nearly flat sales in this period, with total volume up one percent from the same month in 2005. However, same-store sales decreased 1.2 percent. For the first 11 months of the year, sales were up 4.9 percent to $785.2 million and same-store sales rose three percent.
