The article reports on the sale of case goods producer Bogdon & Gross Furniture (BGF) to Adam Hofmann, former general manager of BGF. Since 1927, three generations of the Bogdon and Gross families had produced solid-wood bedroom, dining room and occasional furniture for residential and special-order contract customers. As the deal closed on December 1, 2006, Hofmann became president.
