Asset Management Pay Rises 20% to 30%

The article reports on the increase of pay on asset management through hedge funds contribution, as revealed on the research conducted by Russell Reynolds Associates Inc. As hedge funds continued its performance in the investment banking and other firms, traditional firms had been building alternative investment not just concentrating on the traditional system, for them to gain profit. The mixing of traditional and alternative products has resulted in the mixing of its compensation strategies.
