Studio writes script for business

The article reports on Long Island, New York-based Kaufman Astoria Studios which is looking for a few good, long-term tenants. It began marketing 300,000 square feet of prime office and production space in a building vacated by Lifetime Entertainment in November 2006. According to Studio President Hal Rosenbluth, it will be like walking in the gates of Paramount Studios. To help lure longer-term renters, the studio plans to give its facility more of a Hollywood back-lot feel.
