The article presents the study of the method for sampling single cell enzyme assays by using by using ultra sensitive detectors. The sampling is done using an offline method where individual cells are transferred to miniaturized reaction vessel containing fluorescent substrate. This method is suitable for single cell analysis as the sample requirement is very less and the sensitivity is very high.
