ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the sluggish Asian polymer market. Asian polyethylene rose amid thin trade and market uncertainty. Trade was sluggish in Vietnam, China and Malaysia in late November 2006 as most buyers were well stocked. Polypropylene values were mixed amid bearish sentiment. Buyers are largely sidelined by the volatility of crude prices.
