ABSTRACT

DENTSPLY International Inc. has sold its Illinois-based dental injectable anesthetic facility and equipment to PIERREL S.p.A., an Italian-based pharmaceutical contract manufacturing and drug development company. DENTSPLY has also a separate supply agreement with PIERREL. Midway Dental Supply has opened a showroom in Joliet, Illinois.
