ABSTRACT
The article discusses the 1,200-page report titled "The Crises of Responsibility in an Age of Cultural Excess," by the National Cultural Manifestations Samplings Board in the U.S. The report deals on the problem of culture explosion, and explores the effects brought by the problem on the people. The report offers views on how to deal with the problem and suggests appropriate attitude to be manifested.
