ABSTRACT
The article reports that Philips Business Electronics International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Philips Electronics, is selling more than 8.4 million shares of its common stock in FEI Co., which makes electron microscopes for use in nanotechnology. FEI has announced the filing of a registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to an offering of up to 8,406,007 shares of its common stock.
