Ramtron Loses Board Members

The article reports on the announcement of fabless nonvolatile ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) supplier Ramtron International Corp. that effective November 20, 2006 two of its board members, Klaus Fleischmann and Doris Keitel-Schulz, have resigned. The resignations were the result of Qimonda's sale of its Ramtron common stock and not a result of any disagreement between the directors and Ramtron.
