ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the 2006 conference of the Society for Foodservice Management (SFM) held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The latest trends in food, technology, human resources and even the environment were presented to the more than 400 SFM members in attendance. Inventor Doug Hall, founder of the think tank known as Eureka! Ranch, kicked off the conference with a presentation titled Jump Start Your Brain.
