ABSTRACT
This article reports on a new development center established by software-defined radio solutions provider picoChip in Beijing, China. PicoChip is no newcomer to China, however, the company already has an engineering facility in Shenzhen and a sales office in Shanghai. PicoChip has been working in China since early 2003, when it established a partnership in the form of a joint development centre with China-based computer programming services company Millennium Meshwork Data Systems Co. Ltd.
