Yahoo CFO Joins Intel Board

This article reports on the appointment of Susan Decker, chief financial officer (CFO) of Yahoo, to the board of directors of Intel Corp. Craig Barrett, chairman of Intel, said they are extremely pleased to have Decker join the Intel board. As Yahoo CFO, Decker plays a key role in determining the business strategy of Yahoo. She has operational responsibilities for Yahoo's Marketplaces business unit.
